End User License Agreement
Please read this superior system restore end user license agreement (this "agreement") carefully before installing or using superior system restore software ("superior system restore"). By installing or using superior system restore, including the free 30-day trial version thereof (the "trial version") and the evaluation version (as defined herein) thereof (together with superior system restore and the trial version, the "software"), you will be deemed to have accepted the terms of this template on and exclusion of remedies and damages.

To the extent not prohibited by law, you can recover from microsoft only direct damages up to the amount you paid for the application or template, whichever is greater. The limited warranty set forth herein is the only warranty made to you and is provided in lieu of any other warranties (if any) created by any documentation or packaging. This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary by jurisdiction.
You are responsible for reviewing, and agree to review, activision's privacy policy and the privacy policies listed in the activision privacy policy, including those of applicable third parties that may collect information via this product. If you do not wish to review those privacy policies or if you are concerned about the information they may collect, please do not use the product. In any case, liquid technologies limited's (and its third party suppliers' and licensors') entire liability arising out of this eula shall be limited to the amount paid by you for the software that caused such damage.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, zebra’s total liability to you for all losses, damages, causes of action, including but not limited to those based on contract, tort, or otherwise, arising out of your use of the software or third party applications, or any other provision of this eula, shall not exceed the fair market value of the software or amount purchaser paid specifically for the software. The foregoing limitations, exclusions, and disclaimers (including sections 10, 11, 12, and 15) shall apply to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, even if any remedy fails its essential purpose.
